PRESUMPTIVE PRESIDENTIAL NOMINEES JOHN MCCAIN AND BARACK OBAMA TO SPEAK AT 2008 NCLR ANNUAL CONFERENCE IN SAN DIEGOThe National Council of La Raza (NCLR), the largest national Latino civil rights and advocacy organization in the U.S., announced today that presumptive presidential nominees Senators John McCain (R–AZ) and Barack Obama (D–IL) will speak at the 2008 NCLR Annual Conference held at the San Diego Convention Center, July 12-15.
